Reviewed By micamen67This place seemed to be okay so I booked it only to find out the charge a 300.00 for incidentals unlike others that charge 25.00 I cancelled my stay but they had ran my card already and advised it will take 3 - 5 days to show up. So stay away from this place

Reviewed By lcole1ncClean and safe place to stay reasonable priced. Management and staff were courteous and professional. Close to shopping and restaurants. Everything in the room worked well: WiFi, TV, Mini Refrigerator, and Microwave.

The hotel is easily accessible via 2 major freeways and offers its guests all of the amenities to make this your home away from home.
Discrimination against Service Dogs.
Reviewed By hannylI was approached and questioned about my service dog when we were doing nothing but minding our own business, packing up our things in the parking lot atleast 40 feet from the hotel after what was seemingly a decent stay. I then recieved rude comments when I stated one of the many tasks my service dog performs to get him out of our business and my personal space quickly. I told him it was pretty rude to ask when we are obviously going about our business and not causing any sort of disturbance. He then said "It looks like a pet, but I'll let it slide." When I asked him who is manager was he turned his back on me and walked away with no response to my repeated questioning for his name and his managers name. I called the front desk phone and he refused to give me his managers number and hung up on me. My service dog has traveled the country with me by both air and public transportation. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels. We have never had anyone question what tasks he performs except for at Quality Inn, twice, on two different sides of the country. So I can only assume whoever is training their employees is advising them to discriminate against disabled people with service dogs. I most definitely will be letting everyone know about my two horrible experiences at Quality Inn hotels and submitting ADA complaints for both incidences. I was going to let the first one slide, but two times of disrespect is enough. If you support the military and disabled veterans, don't stay at Quality Inn.

Reviewed By spmmeSpringHill is a nice choice for families. Some rooms come with 2 queen beds and a sofa/trundle combo. That's right these room sleep 6 nicely. The sofa bed is a bit firm but nice in size. The trundle pulls out if you need an extra space. Both of these options are NOT like sofa beds with the bars making them lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast is pretty good with waffle makers and a few choices of other items, like scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, muffins, fruit, etc. The location is in an industrial area and there just isn't much very close, but grocery stores and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive. The bathroom door is a bad deal in Springhill Suites! Marriott designers really missed the mark with these translucent windows in the doors! If you need a light on in the bathroom at night or early morning it shines through the door and lights up the whole room. They should seriously consider just painting them solid black.
