Very modern, high speed internet, a pool, nice weight room and amazing hot breakfast! These were a bonus to the outstanding customer service we had and how they went above and beyond for us. I

Wrong room, but nice place
Reviewed By EG744Hubby and I were there for 1 night, which I had a room with a roll-in shower reserved for. We were given a room with a shower/tub combo, which I cannot physically step into because of my MD. I'm not sure who made the reservation mistake. When I spoke on the phone making the reservation, they person said they were at that particular location, not at the central reservations. In the end, I couldn't find another place in town with a roll-in shower, and was pet friendly, so had to stay there. They were very nice, and gave me a discount on the room The actual facility was very nice.

Jacuzzi Suite
Reviewed By Teddy TWe stayed in the 2nd floor jacuzzi suite. The bed was clean, bug free, comfortable, with lovely blankets and plenty of good quality pillows. The room was clean however could use a little maintenance. We had to make sure to pull the door closed a few extra times to make sure it latched. Perk- There was Enough hot water to have several relaxing baths in the jacuzzi tub. It felt like a treat in a small town. Breakfast was disappointing however the waffles are great. Everything else was watered down or out. Location- right off highway, across from fuel and Walmart. It was quiet and felt safe. Check in/out: they allowed us to check in early which I was very thankful for and even offered to pay extra. I had requested a late check out (noon instead of 11), when I called ahead of time they said they could do no problem, at check in they stated they could no longer accommodate that request. If I had known that earlier we might have changed hotels. But overall I would stay there again

Reviewed By billymcintyre70Rooms were unclean and smelled terrible. The door on the first room wouldn’t even open the staff moved us because “that happens all the time” the second smelled so bad of mold we couldn’t sleep there. The third we at he best but none of the electrical outlets would work. It was reported but not fixed.
