It consists of 4 rooms with traditional minimalistic decoration each with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a private terrace, with a breathtaking view to the Aegean Sea.

Reviewed By simogam2020I loved this place from the very first moment.. perfect for whoever is looking for a true Cycladic escape. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from the ferry’s arrival site at the port. The view on the port is stunning.The owners are the most welcoming and friendly, always available and helpful. Perfect in its simplicity, will definitely go back!

An amazing stay
Reviewed By ronit182En lefko has it all. Excellent location few minutes away from the port. Comfy, spacious and neat rooms were u are offered the possibility of preparing your own food in the equipped kitchen. The host, Christina, is very helpful and sincere. Bravo. Thumbs up.

Villa Elena is situated in a quiet unspoiled and picturesque area on Martinakia Beach. It is only 5 minutes walk from the port of Merichas and ideal for all visitors to Kythnos from honeymooners to families. The excellent service in combination with the natural beauty and the warm and friendly atmosphere is the guarantee for special and memorable holidays. In our place there is cafe & restaurant with Greek traditional homemade cuisine.

At check out procedure we requestet receipt and the landlord informed us that VAT is additional to rent price, something that never was mentioned while our booking (Very unprofessional service!!). Many/ infinite mosquitos. Πολύ ακριβο γι'αυτό που προσφέρουν. Όταν φεύγαμε και πήγαμε να πληρώσουμε μας ενημέρωσαν ότι στην απόδειξη ο φόρος είναι επιπλέον!! Πολλά/ αμέτρητα κουνούπια!!!!!

Reviewed By ccp21Located near by the port of Merichas, in a central position. The room was small and the tiny WC was stinking all the time. You can't even sit normally in the toilet. There was a flat TV and a working A/C. Apart from the ants in the sink, the rest of the room was rather clear. Just forget the parking, like everywhere in Merichas. Try to avoid it.

Reviewed By MaoucatOn the plus side: Clean, nice views (depending on the room), friendly host, hot water in the cave-like shower, walking distance from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., parking space. A few points off for not having a lift, but then again it is an island house so... you know.. you win some, you loose some.
