Reviewed By bod75Very clean modern room. Large comfortable bed. We didn’t have a river facing room, but looked over the garden which was still fine. Nice shower, large towels, and icy air conditioning. Dinner in the restaurant downstairs was delicious (and they had veggie options too, hurray) and breakfast was pretty good with homemade jams etc. There is a footpath along the river and pretty towns to explore locally. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with excellent restaurant
Reviewed By PaulJ010We stayed here as our friend had stayed before some years before. This is a comfortable hotel with well maintained rooms and excellent daily servicing with bottled water provided each day. We were there during the recent heatwave! The rooms are not air conditioned but the public rooms are so we did cool down in the small lounge. Well situated near a little beach, river trips and great walking and cycling possibilities. One advantage is that,unlike many French hotels, the kitchen is open on a Monday. The proprietor, his wife and staff were engaging and friendly. There is a varied menu with a wide range of dishes with local produce. On the recommendation of the hotel we bought wine at a local estate. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy being near to the main road and a bit of a magnet for local young motor cyclists going by. We enjoyed our stay....not every day that the patron and his wife wave you off as you leave.

Pleasant campsite I ri ermine location
Reviewed By Julie SWe spent 3 nights here while using the Loire a velo cycle routes. Friendly welcome and good facilities. I think this would be a lovely site to visit with young children. The children's entertainer was working hard during our stay. A mix of sunny and shady pitches. We chose a shady one which was a mistake as mornings and evenings were very cool. Our one issue with this site was that the washblock is open to the elements, so its impossible to take a warm shower on a cool breezy day. It was also necessary to walk past the very visible urinals to reach the hand basins.

Reviewed By Andy GA lovely break after 65 km of cycling on the Loire. Charming and well decorated rooms, blooming garden and classified house full of memories. Thank you Nadia for your overflowing care. We hope to come back soon !
