Gamily emergency

I arrived at the hotel late one night after spending the day at the hospital with my mom who had had a stroke. I was tired and upset and did not realize that because i had booked a room for me and a room for my brothers who were traveling from opposite sides of the US that I had to pay for there room AND mine..to make a long story short.. the young lady at the night desk made it happen that i could at least have a bed for the night..then the hotel manager the next morning fixed it so i could just pay for my room and my brothers could pay for theres..then she brought me coffee AND chocolate..the day desk lady helped me with extending my stay..it was just nothing short of amazing service. They all, right down to the valet parking people where so helpful and really made me feel safe and cared for, they asked after my mom everyday..all of them..I can not recomend this wonderful hotel and there staff enough. Beautiful room, comfortable bed but its the amazing people that work there that make this a #1 place to stay.

Anniversary Staycation

I surprised my husband with a stay at the Woodmark for our anniversary weekend. It was very nice to have the balcony overlooking the lake and to have everything contained within the area so you don’t have to leave at all. Dinner at Como was nice. The remodel/construction wasn’t disruptive or loud during our stay. It would have been 5 stars if there had been a hot tub and/or pool in the fitness center.

I will never stay at this hotel again they were very judgmental racial profiling discriminating and tried to lie on me. Kick me out I have service animals and have proof of them being registered service animals and they still kicked us out got me trespass for 3 years and called the police on me when all I was doing was getting my belongings out and putting them in the car

Really disappointed

First off, the room price gouging is ridiculous. Not at all long ago, a standard room here at this time of year, ran $99-139. Now it starts at $185, for members, in the middle of the week, during bad weather. It's so lovely when another wealthy corporation makes life more expensive for guests. If you want to buy anything at their miniscule and poorly stocked "convenience store" be prepared to take out a second mortgage. I am a local and needed a room for one night. I was unable to book on my phone, so I called the hotel. The girl that answered immediately sent me to reservations which turned out to be a recording saying they'd send a text so I could finish my reservation online. FACE PALM. So I called the local Marriott again, and the same girl flat refused to make a reservation. After all this, I didn't want to stay there any longer. Much to my dismay, I did go ahead and stay only because they were the closest to my home. For my particular situation, location mattered greatly. Their restaurant is only open for breakfast. You'll have to hoof it for food, fortunately there are a lot of choices in walking distance. There's not any information of any sort, at all, in the room, there's nothing but a Bible and Book of Mormon. And be prepared to spend $10 a day on parking in their own uncovered lot. And $5 for a bottle of water in the room. On the other hand that's about a tenth of what it would cost in their postage stamp store. It's not a friendly place, it's "extortion on your day off". It feels more like customer screwing than customer service. The attitude and atmosphere is cold, and corporate. I'll be staying elsewhere next time.

Great value for money.

We stayed at this model for three nights and had a pleasant stay. Don't expect the Hilton when you book a Motel 6. It's in a different league. It's just great value for money. Staying in the Seattle area is pricey and finding a decent motel for under $100 is hard and often even impossible. Rooms are small but clean. Beds are actually pretty comfortable. We didn't use the pool because of the weather, but there is one. Staff was friendly and helpful. So a 4 out of 5 for us.
