Not bad food
Reviewed By Darren CI was visiting my partners family in Hungary and we decided to come to Lukacs for food. The food tasted great however we had to wait along time for the food arrive and my portion was very small. Everyone enjoyed the food once it arrive.

Reviewed By JanosK_12I was shocked. Positively. The hotel is amazing! Beautiful rooms, plenty of spaces, floor to celing windows with a large balcony with patio sets. Room was extra large suite-size. Clean, beautifully decorated and designed. Staffs are excellent. Very rarely have this kind of experience in Hungary . The only negative thing is the elevators. - they don’t exist. Not really easy to climb up on the stairs with heavy luggages. But overall, because of the other positive things, the attitude and professionalism of the staffs, The least I can give this property is five stars! Good job, Ambrozia management!

Typical small-town "industrial" hotel
Reviewed By Janos KFirst of all, this hotel is NOT located in City of Miskolc. It's located in Kazincbarcika, about 25 miles from Miskolc. The hotel is at the front of a huge chemical factory (borsodchem), therefore 99% of the guests are from there (factory workers and mostly the Chinese management). Public areas, reception, corridors are really nice. Rooms are outdated, feels like something locked there from the 1980s... "classic" metal key instead of room cards or bluetooth locks, tube crt televison. No air condition which was not a problem in October, but maybe a huge issue summertime. Rooms are clean and really large. Comfortable beds, good sized wardrobes. Bathroom also huge but was a lots of water stone in the bath and there were no bathroom amenities there like soap, shampoo, etc. Reception staff are great. Polite and helpful. The restaurant looks good, but there is a big issue with the staff. In the mornings, they use students to work in the restaurant from a trade school right behind the hotel. These kids are million miles far from the planet called "Customer Service". They don't welcome their guests, never say "Hello, Good morning, good bye.. or something" neither a word! No smile either. never. When they have to be close to the guests, they look somewhere else, no eye contact at all, if the guest wants to ask something, they pretend not to hear them. They express their feelings : you, the guest is their enemies. You make their day hard because you cannot be somewhere else. They only set up a few tables. If you want to sit somewhere else, they don't care. You have to get your own silverware, napkin, etc. If you ask them to help, they become really belligerent, and never forget to express this. Talk between each about the guests in bad language. Laugh on them, make their opinions. When you finished your breakfast, that also a nightmare for them. They have to stand up and clean after you. Otherwise, the breakfast is good, has good choices and delicious. Dinner is a different point. The restaurant staff in the evening is great. They do as they have to do their job. No problem at all. Overall, the hotel is just OK, but if you are from North America (Canada or US), maybe from the UK, don't expect too much... Or, just don't expect anything (not even a Red Roof inn or Knights inn quality in customer service).

Pozitív csalódás volt a Panzió a HBH Bajor Sörházban
Reviewed By Tunde GCsak 1 éjszakára szálltam meg itt, de pozitívan csalódtam. Nagyon kedves kiszolgálás, gyors becsekkolás. Könnyen megközelíthető, fő út másik oldalán shopok, nem messze TESCO, benzinkút, autómosó. A szoba csendes, szimpatikus berendezés, elég gyors WIFI. Látszik, hogy a tisztaságra ügyelnek, mind a fürdőben, mind a szobában. Tiszta szívvel ajánlom másoknak is.
