Reviewed By c11rootFirst, the staff is professional and friendly. They are working the best they can with the short deck they've given. ONE ELEVATOR for this building!? One elevator for both the guests and staff to use for 32 rooms each on the second & third floors. When the elevator is broke, the only way my disabled wife and I would stay at this hotel is on the ground floor, if then. Longer bathtub curtains are needed. The room we stayed in, the curtain rested at the top of the tub; not inside of it, so the water would drain into the tub. High potential lawsuit in the making for the expense of a hundred longer curtains. These longer curtains are in the hotel supply chain, because I have been to HIE's that have them. New hotel, cheap construction.

Reviewed By NKH22268Our stay overall was terrific! Room was very clean and we felt safe and comfortable! David, Keisha and Marcy went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! Only complaint I have is when we arrived to check in the housekeeper was yelling and using foul language while children was present! To me that was unprofessional! She should have taken her frustration to an area where customers were not around to hear it! She did this a couple times while we were there! Thank you so much for making our stay there memorable and comfortable! We look forward to staying again!!

Comfort Suites has just been remodeled and finished it's 10 year property improvement plan a few years early. We are an 8 year newly remodeled Comfort Suites located on I-25 and Highway 119 off the Longmont/Firestone Exit. We are close to Denver, Estes Park, Richie Brother's Auction and much more. Please visit our property and experience a very comfortable stay! We have truck parking as well!

The room felt newer and was s;ightly larger than most hotels, The breakfast area was large and had a good selection. The staff were friendly and engaging, And lastly after chekcing in during the dark of night, waking up in the morning and looking out at the mountains was breathtaking!
