Uninspiring
Reviewed By ellisToulouseFranceNeeded an overnight stay near to the start of a running race. Arrived in pouring rain, which probably made the place look miserable. Greeted by a nice enough lady wearing slippers and smoking a cigarette. Shown to our quite basic room which was FREEZING. No heating had been on for a while, I would suspect. The room, however, did heat up after 2 hrs. Comfortable enough bed although the bedding and curtains did look a bit dated. Large shower room in which we thought we had been allocated only one towel between the two of us. On the morning of our departure, I found another towel under the basin. Breakfast was a buffet style DIY job. Nothing special but sufficient, costing 8 euros a head. Our overnight stay cost 80 euros which seemed steep for the standard of the room.

For the joy of your taste buds, the table d'hôte or gourmet slates are to discover the evening on reservation (48h / 24h). The 12x6 heated pool (in season), table football, table tennis, trampoline, petanque, games for children ... are waiting for you in the park of 5000m ². darts, books and comics, board games and a courtesy tray with espresso coffee, tea, herbal tea, confectioneries at discretion are available in the guest lounge. Parking spaces in the enclosure of the property closed by digicode.

Reviewed By chunkyone52My wife & I stopped here on our way down to the Costa del Sol in Spain by car. The owners, Veronique and Olivier were lovely and made us most welcome. Olivier directed us to a nearby restaurant for an evening meal as they only had a limited selection for us. The property is a mixture of beautifully done out rooms all slightly different. There is a large lounge on entry and a dining room. In summer (we were there in early January) there is a lovely garden and swimming pool with outdoor tables & chairs. We would call in again if we were passing!
