Reviewed By om310The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location and it’s beautiful old British infrastructure. But the management has made a total mess of running the hotel. The manager at the front desk was totally unenthusiastic, had no clue when asked if we could get anything to eat. We couldn’t even get a cup of tea because their kitchen opens at 5pm for the evening. We had booked a suite room so we had space but the room was dirty, everything was dilapidated, dirty, stained linen ( the pillow covers and blanket covers were put inside out, to save a wash, I presume). The bathroom was a horror, tap knobs came off, no shelves, not even near the sink, the bath water flowed through the entire floor before exiting through a large black hole in the wall. The dining hall was pathetic, breakfast buffet was uninviting and they kept running out of items. No staff around to help out. Tea was served in tiny paper cups. Overall, the entire staff appeared totally disinterested and unresponsive. Almost as if they don’t care wether the hotel runs or not. They should shut down the hotel or give it to different management to renovate it. It has great potential.

New basic hotel, neat and clean
Reviewed By Travellar_globalIt’s a new hotel, spacious room, neat and clean place, basic hotel just to sleep, in any case most of hotels in Arunanchal Pradesh are basic one. Limited options in breakfast. Would stay again if required.
