Nice Hotel in Udaipur
Reviewed By Vidula25Very pleasant hotel, everything is very clean and tidy. The hotel is located close to the airport.All of the people are incredibly helpful. The hotel has beautiful dinning area and swimming pool too. Hote White Tulip is hotel where you are getting everything at a very reasonable rate. I will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when they visit Udaipur.

Very bad dealing experience
Reviewed By MJSethI booked room for 4 PAX directly with this so called hotel. I was told that there are two double beds so 4 PAX can be easily accommodated. Though it is called hotel, it is chawl system rooms. I paid advance 1000/- and was to pay 800 on arrival on 5-3-2022. After reaching hotel before check in, I showed wish to see the room. I was showed room by their staff. The room had only one double bed and not two double beds. They told me that they will give mattresses for two PAX for sleeping on the floor. The room was very dirty and bath room was unclean and without any basic facility. When I complaint, they told me they will clean bathroom for us. But since the room and bath rooms both were dirty and hence I asked for another room since we do not wanted to sleep on floor mattresses. They said they have all rooms fully occupied and can't give another room. So I told them that I want my refund of Rs.1000/- I will take another hotel. They refused and said they have no refund policy. I told them that I am going to file a police complaint against your hotel. They did not respond. I straight went to Maharana Pratap International Airport police station, but before entering police station, I whatsapp the manager and wrote that I am standing outside the police station, so you give refund or I am going to complain. Within in 10 minutes, I got my refund on my paytm. So I did not complaint to police station. This is my personal experience. Others might have different experience, so I can not comment on it. Personally I do not recommend this so called hotel Luckily, I got another hotel nearby "The Rising Sun". The hotel is excellent and near an airport. Food is good there. Rooms are good. Staff are polite.
