Reviewed By ColmolungStayed in a very clean and comfortable Junior Suite. Satisfied with the room design, facilities & amenities. Would be more satisfied if the room had an outside window (facing to Serpong area), not only window facing to another room window between air corridor. Had a refreshing morning sunlight, while we were enjoying various breakfast menu & good services at Babah Ramu. Spent only a short time for swimming due to capacity in a very small pool. Wished the hotel remind the guest who did not wear a swimsuit while swimming. Ms Treska delivered friendly and fast services for our check out.

Reviewed By calvinamarcosStaying from 5-6 June 2022 with my parents, and that was our first time to be in JHL. So in love with everything inside it, the interior, the room and also the facilities. I booked Premier Room type as a birthday present for my mom. The room is spacious, the view from our room was Episode hotel - the new hotel beside JHL! Also I wanna thank Widya as a receptionist, because she gave us complimentaries; towel arrangement & birthday cake inside the room for my mom. And it was tasty! My mom loved it. Also thank you to Mas Adam F. as a House Keeper for the birthday wishes that he wrote next to the towel arrangement, which I believe he's the one who made it. For the breakfast, I can say I was satisfied because JHL has sooo many choices. We can find any foods, from Indonesian, Japanese and Western. And it's so rare for me to find Sashimi for breakfast, and I was so happy. Also thank you Mas Reza for asking us about our breakfast, we were definitely happy. The swimming pool isn't too big, but it's clean and comfy - although not too deep, only 120cm. And I swam at 10.30am which should be very hot, but it was not! Cause the swimming pool was blocked by the building, so I still can swim very comfortably :) Overall, I would come back again to stay in JHL. The price is worth it to experience all of this.
