Reviewed By rockybalboa2016The resort was amazing. The rooms, facilities, and staff were all fantastic. The rooms are large and all appear to have views of the ocean or intercostal. The bathrooms have tubs, showers, a tv, and are quite large. The beach is beautiful with comfy chairs and very attentive staff members. The pool is immaculate and the staff there was exceptionally professional, polite, and kind. I wanted to give a special thanks to Ein who was there during our entire stay. He helped us set up our chairs daily and was particularly helpful. Ein is a wonderful ambassador for the Ritz brand, he’s very polite and exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Hiccup at checkin but spectacular correction
Reviewed By Daniel ZWe had a bit of a bump at checking and after finally reaching the GM and OM of the property, they quickly and spectacularly corrected the issue and turned around our stay. It went from being a tough day for our family to a 180 turnaround. The post pandemic talent and labor issues are impacting everyone, including places like St. Regis. After a bad checkin experience, we found everyone else to be top notch A+ across the board. After a really great meeting with the GM, who was amazingly responsive, all issues were fixed and the service we really got to see was mind blowing. Each and everyone of the butlers, housekeepers, servers, and service staff are top notch. Im sure the issues with checkin will eventually be solved as some of the younger staff are matured into their jobs. My biggest suggestion in response to many of the negative tripadvisor comments, is to get in touch with Wilfred or Kashmira and the will address every concern you have.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious and they go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. I truly had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

Reviewed By SandraA09Our experience at this hotel was absolutely top-notch everything we could have desired was readily available. Parking was very reasonably priced as compared to every other hotel in the Miami area. Beach access was super easy, we were able to rent complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas as well as order drinks once on the beach. This hotel will be in our regular rotation of hotels to visit throughout the year.
