Виктор - русскоговорящий хозяин, очень дружественно встретил. На территории есть стоянка (машины на 4. Всего номеров в доме 4. Лучше брать на втором этаже - там санузел приятнее. Есть кухня и небольшой задний дворик. Все чистое, хороший вайфай и спутниковое ТВ. Не забудьте только с собой туалетные принадлежности))) дадут одно полотенце, один маленькие пакетик с гелем для душа. Рядом большой торговый центр. Там можно за небольшие деньги завтракать. проблема только в том, что никто там по-английски не понимает.

Poor service, minimal WiFi
Reviewed By kathrynKirwinWe were booked here by our company and it is a simple, clean hotel. Adequate breakfast. Rooms were fine. The WiFi only works in the lobby and does not connect in the rooms. However, the restaurant within/annexed to the hotel was supposed to be open until 11pm but when we arrived at 10pm the restaurant owner was smoking on the terrace and told us it was closed. Good job there's a McDonald's nearby. However, our colleague sat on the piano stool in his room and one of the legs broke causing him to fall backwards and bang his head on the corner of the desk. When he informed reception of this, there was no apology or expression of concern. They offered no customer service. But then followed us out to our vehicle as we checked out and insisted that our colleague speak to the manager as they would need to charge him for the broken stool. Appalling customer service and lack of empathy. We did not pay for the broken stool but to be treated in this way is ridiculous. I will not be returning.

Unfriendly & very basic Accomodation

We came here because we could not get any Accomodation in Berlin on the Saturday night (bank holiday weekend) so I was grateful at all to find somewhere to stay as I had run out if options. It was on the subway so that was a good point . I had great hopes of this being a lovely little find but unfortunately it wasn't. The owner was very unfriendly and spoke absolutely no English. He Quoted us €70 over ,phone but charged €80 - had to get someone to interpret - said it would be €70 per night if we stayed 2 nights. We had one look at the room which was very basic & the beds smelled. We straight away went online to see if we could find anywhere else for the following night - luckily there was Accomodation available in Berlin so we paid the extra €10 just so we could leave the following day. Ahrensfelde itself is a lovely quite village. We went for a walk and passed some lovely houses beautifully kept. We also passed a nice hotel in the village.

Reviewed By AS-ConsultTolles eigentümergeführtes familiäres Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück (auch zu Corona Zeiten) und gutem Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, haben aber leider keine Klima. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
