Come visit our family friendly lodge located outside of Durango overlooking beautiful Vallecito Lake. All of our cabins have full kitchens, air conditioning, basic satellite TV, outdoor patio furniture and fire pits. The kids will enjoy our large playground and heated indoor pool. At the Lake enjoy fishing, boat rentals, horse back riding, ATV rentals, 4 wheeling & hiking. With four restaurants available for dining you won't have to cook unless you want too!
We had the most wonderful stay on the lake! Our cabin was so comfortable and it had all we needed to make us feel at home. The view from the cabin was gorgeous and the access to the lake was so convenient. The employees were so helpful and friendly and grounds were clean and inviting. We truly look forward to our next visit!

Bayfield Riverside RV Park is a beautiful, lush 36-acre RV park on the Pine River between Durango and Pagosa Springs on U.S. Hwy 160. Refresh from your travels as you explore the park, following paths along the creeks and though our meadows. Our park offers over 100 sites ranging from full-service RV sites along the water (with free cable TV & Wi-Fi), to quiet, grassy meadows for tent camping. Our bathrooms and coin laundry are always open and clean. We love pets and they are welcome in our park but you must clean up after them. Our park feels secluded but it's only a half mile to Bayfield, which offers restaurants, quaint shops, grocery stores, a micro-brewery, and a state of the art library. A short 14 mile drive and you will be in downtown Durango with its abundance of shops and restaurants. You can spend your days fishing our ponds and streams or exploring the many attractions of Southwest Colorado. Bayfield is located at 6,800' in elevation, so our days are warm and the evenings are cool. Experience three beautiful seasons with more than 300 days of blue skies and sunshine!
Beautiful well kept campground. Good size sites. Friendly staff. Only downfall is some sites too close to highway. Highway noise during day. Slows down at night. Close to Durango. And Bayfield has some nice restaurants.

These cabins and homes are by far above any of the others in the area. We've been going to the lake for the past 4 yrs during Labor Day. I've viewed & stayed @ quit a few in that time. Eagle's Nest is the nicest, friendliest, most well maintained, and accommodating. You will not be sorry for this choice. It's kinda' weird that this quality is the same price range as the others. But it's very refreshing. Thank you.

Beautiful 150 site shaded rv park/resort with 13 cabins located in the San Juan Mountains at an elevation of 7550'. Located 1/3 of mile from Vallecito Lake. Daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual rates.
During Covid, we needed a place to stay away from everything and the Arizona heat. This place is a gem of an RV park and located about 1/4 mile away from Vallecito Lake. The lake is beautiful and we kayaked, fished, swam and enjoyed the beauty of the area. The RV park is large with a pavilion, store, mail room, laundry, grills, etc. Nice stay under the trees. Even in July, the temps were very pleasant; around 75 during the day and 65 at night. Park resort staff were very friendly and helpful.
