The Ivey House offers modern, spacious rooms, each surrounding our beautifully landscaped screened-in tropical courtyard and pool. Whether you want to experience our beautiful subtropical wilderness or just want to explore one of Florida’s most quaint, quirky and charismatic old outposts, our family-owned hotel will provide you and your family peaceful accommodations by night and exciting Everglades Adventures kayak tours and rentals by day.
This is a modern and comfortable motel. The room was very clean. The restaurant is closed. There are a few cafes a few minutes drive away. The internet is good. The town is basic and mainly for water sport enthusiasts. I would recommend for young people.

Located in the quaint beach town of Naples, Florida, Lemon Tree Inn blends a little of Olde Florida with a touch of Key West in its 34 rooms that wrap around a courtyard pool and garden. The garden features a gazebo and relaxing adirondack chairs. Coffee and light pastries are available in the mornings by the pool. Lemonade is available all day in the lobby. The guest-rooms, all recently renovated, are each uniquely decorated to reflect different influences of Florida. Lemon Tree Inn is walking distance from arts, culture, boutique shops, local bars and restaurants, parks, public tennis courts, museums, and much more. Lemon Tree Inn has earned the prestigious TripAdvisor(R) Certificate of Excellence. The hotel, just a few blocks from the beach, offers bicycles for rent. For more information, call 888-800-LEMON
The hotel was wonderful. It is kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. You can't beat the location. I loved absolutely everything about it. I cannot wait to come back.

We reopened as the Naples Park Central in February of 2011. After a complete interior remodel, our guest rooms come are comfortable and convenient for any traveler.
Needed a quick overnight stay that didn’t cost a fortune. Naples Park Central was a great find. Old time Florida roadside location that has been updated. The room (209) is huge but does sit close to Tamiami. The hotel is clean, the breakfast (many places have stopped offering) was a great plus, the desk person all terrific. Very close to attractions and restaurants for the price. The street noise would be the only negative and I’m sure there are other rooms not on the corner. Sit on the roof and enjoy your coffee.

Escape to the Everglades with modern convenience at the new Everglades Adventures Hotel Suites by Ivey House. Our newly-constructed King and Queen suites feature modern furnishings and decor. Take a thrilling airboat tour with a live alligator show, join seasonal kayak tours that leave right from the hotel, and go fishing on a charter boat—or bring your own!
The motel is located directly in Everglades City and offers free parking. The staff at the front dest is very helpful and always open and available for questions. They will provide you a map of the area and recommend food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as there are not so many possibilities around. The rooms are modern, new and very big. They are clean and come with a kitchenet, which however is not equipped - so no cups, plates, cutlery etc. Maybe they will change this in the future. The beds are very comfortable. The downside - it is very loud. As we had the first room on the left when entering the building, you always heard the main door opening and falling back to the lock, which is so loud, as no one seems to be able to open and close this door quietly. When you are asleep, you will for sure wake up from this. My recommendation to the hotel: put something at the door/ on the door frame, which will automaticly slow down the door, so it falls back to the lock slowly and therefore more quietly. Based on that, we unfortunately did not have a very good night sleep.

Believe all of the bad reviews, they are not exaggerating!!! We also paid $200 cash for a cabin room. Was told that reception closed at 4.00 pm so we paid cash and waited. Our room was ready at 7.00pm, and the maid even left an envelope for her tips!!! Food stopped at 7.30, so we went to the Diving Pelican down the road, (really good) . Room walls were so thin we could hear next door quite clearly. Gaps in the wall so big you could see daylight through them. Glad we were only there for one night. Needs a lot spending on it but it seems that they don't care.
