Zenko Yoga is more than just a yoga studio, it’s a community. Zen means the 'contemplative state’ and Ko is the Japanese word for child. The aim of yoga, and Zenko is to bring the mind back to a child like state, free of anxiety and concern. With 42 classes per week over the two studios in Buddina and Noosa offering power yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga & meditation, there really is a class to suit everybody. Zenko also offers weekly workshops, local and international retreats and certified level 1 & 2 Teacher Training programs. Introductory offer, just $99 for first month.
I love the whole zenko team, their studios, their mission.... I can't recommend zenko highly enough and 3 studios to choose from means that I have so much choice where, when and how I practice!

Located on the Sunshine Coast, Kawana Shoppingworld offers a convenient, casual and friendly shopping experience. The centre incorporates Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Big W and over 150 specialty stores along with a food court and an alfresco dining experience. Development is underway for the introduction of an Event Cinemas, additional dining and associated car parking, with anticipated completion in December 2018.
I love Kawana shopping centre. While it's not a huge centre, it still has everything you need. They have extended the centre in the last two years and included lots of restaurants and eateries with a variety of food from different cultures. The only problem I have, is I end up spending lots of money! The centre is easy to get round and not overwhelming for my autistic son and myself. There's public transport to get to and from and plenty of toilets if needed.
