My friend and I meet up once a month for a catch up, visiting various eateries. This was a cosy pub with a real fire and friendly staff. The portion sizes are generous and this is reflected in the price. I had a olives and bread as a starter, I would advise this as a share starter. I am vegetarian and often finds meals limiting. I had two choices for main, I chose the burger. Again portion size generous, I could not eat it all. The staff were courteous, attentive and friendly. I would definitely go there again and would recommend to others. The only downside, the parking is very limited, luckily I have a small car.
