Close to Hungary yet already the Tatra. Unfortunately end of season so not all slopes are available. Lifts are in good condition, prices are rather low.Thank you very much for your feedback, we recommend to visit us next time in January or February when there is much more snow on the slopes and all of them are available. Looking forward to welcome you in Donovaly soon again.

Organised transfers from Bratislava to Donovaly with Patty Ski. Driver was waiting at airport when we arrived and was very friendly. Also, quality service when hiring equipment at a very reasonable price. They also did some running repair to my snowboard and did not charge me.

It's suitable for Slovakian speaking kids, as the programmes are in Slovakian language only. Buildings are interesting, worth a visit even if you don't speak Slovakian.

Prve minus davam za hudbu co pustaju., Akoze vacsinou su tam deti a co pocujete v donovalkove je francuzske radio., To akoze vazne?, Ak uz nie nejake detske pesnicky, tak aspon slovenske radio.,
Druhe minus davam za vstupne., Nie pre deti, to je v poriadku,, ale aby dospely zaplatil 8eur, len zato, ze si v objekte sadne aby daval pozor na dieta je maximalne prehnane., Ak by pritom davali zamestnanci pozor co sa tam deje, tak v poriadku, ale nedavaju., Ja som cely cas odstal pri vedlajsom turnikete a dvakrat som musel zrevat na dve nevychovane decka,, ked jedno systematicky a schvalne naburavalo pozicanym miniautom do dalsieho, pricom druhe dieta sa ocividne balo,,, a ked dalsie drgalo do deti., to je akoze normalne?, ved ak vezmu deti bez dozoru, tak tympadom za ne beru zodpovednost a nie akoze hodia zodpovednost na vas, ze ste tam mohli byt s nimi., Nie vazení, je to ciste vasa zodpovednost, lebo ste od toho platení, je to vas objekt, a dokonca nemate ani stanoveny limit deti., jeden den ich tam bolo tolko, ze nemalo zmysel poslat svoje.,
Tretie minus za informativnost pri pokladni., Boli sme ubytovaní cez donovalkovo oficialnu stranku, a tym padom nam prisluchala zlava, co my sme si nevsimli., Toto by ale Mali pripomenut pri pokladni ak su korektní, co ocividne nie.,

a este raz k tej cene za dospelu osobu., Dospela osoba tam nejde pre vlastne potesenie, ale kvoli dietatu.,Ak deti maju zlavu vsade mozne, napriklad v kine, zoo, tak ja nevidim dovod, preco by dospelaci nemali mat zlavu tu., Respektive minimalny poplatok za vstup., ide ciste len o to, aby clovek bol vo vnutri a dozeral na dieta.,

For a town known for its mountain for skiing, I did not think there would be a Catholic Church here. Located in the small, picturesque village of Donovaly in Slovakia, there is a small church dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua as well as a relatively new memorial to the saint that was unveiled in 2012 in the center of the village. The church is beautiful in its simplicity. The main altar’s center piece is a painting of the saint as well as a statue of him atop the tabernacle. Statues of the cross are on the walls on either side of the pews. There is a smaller side altar dedicated to the Blessed Virgin.
