We absolutely loved this beach! It was located right next to our villa so we walked over. The staff was superb. We especially loved Tommy, our lifeguard who went above and beyond to provide the best experience for our kids on the obstacle course and on the beach. He was the friendliest! Chris was a great server and the food was amazing. The course was so fun. The huge huts fit our whole family of 16! We enjoyed an entire day and will definitely be back when we come back. Just amazing!

Puerto Seco Beach settled in Discovery Bay Jamaica, truly the finest Jamaican beach around and a must for all visitants! Discovery Bay holds one of the riches areas of Jamaican's history as it is considered to be the first place Christopher Colombus first docked on the island. Discovery Bay is a town in the parish of Saint Ann on the northern coast of Jamaica.
Went there with our 11 year old daughter to swim with dolphins. Paid for encounter and they upgraded us to the adventure for free! $20US fee at the door to get in but allows you access to the pool, beach, and massive floating play structure park thing. Outrageous price for pictures after the dolphin swim, but worked out a decent deal. Very informative session with the dolphins caretakers. Definitely worth the trip!

NO WHERE ELSE ON EARTH... Relax in air conditioned comfort as your expert co-pilot tells you about the abundant sea life. You will venture into a world where only highly trained divers have been able to go, a world that has remained forever hidden. Until now...

Columbus Park is an open-air historical and archaeological museum, set on 3 acres of Discovery Bay overlooking the ocean. It was named as such because Columbus could not find a source of fresh water close. The museum has recently been remodeled and now includes a bar and a branch of the popular jerk restaurant "Scotchies". There are also ambitious plans to further develop the museum in the future.
Such a shame here isn’t shouted about more , the only reason we learnt about it as our local taxi driver Delroy knew we liked history so he stopped here for us on the way to Falmouth. I can’t believe Jamaica doesn’t use this to their advantage so much history here with loads of Beautiful sceneries . We was very lucky one of the local stall holders come down and gave us a very in-depth knowledge look around. We could of gone around on our own but he was a very polite man who knew his stuff about the area so we learnt more than just reading the little they had there . It’s free so it’s worth a stop to say you have been .
We offer private tours to and around St. Ann.
