I absolutely loved this place....it is a haven of sanity in a mad world. It is a beautiful building, beautifully decorated, the air was filled with the heady aroma of incense, lights were twinkling and lovely organic art was all around. The food is amazing, the coffee fantastic and the staff were exceptional. We followed the nature walk after eating and were delighted and charmed by all the fairy houses and tree men..and we are well and truly grown up! All of the children were completely focused and fascinated and really loved the nature trail (no expense incurred) and we spent far longer there than intended. They also run an animal sanctuary....my hat is off to this place for their efforts to keep us all connected to, and in love in with, the natural world.

We were staying in the area to do Ben Vorlich and needed something substantial after our hike so we called in an order. The staff were very polite and helpful, we asked for delivery and they popped me on the phone to the driver to make sure he knew where we were. Unfortunately, they only take cash but it wasn’t a big deal, we just drove to pick up via a cash machine. The food was fantastic! I have to admit looking at their prices (VERY cheap in my opinion) we weren’t expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised! I ordered special fried rice and I honestly think it’s the best I’ve had! (It can be a bit dry in a lot of places) If we are ever in the area again we’ll definitely be back!

My name is Stephen and I love cooking. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. In that time I fell in love with Scotland's National Dish, Haggis. I have researched the History, Myth and Folklore of Haggis and discovered many ways to use haggis in cooking. I have perfected my own traditional recipe and love sharing my knowledge with people.
