Our family is visiting the area from Las Vegas and we are a bunch of true crime lovers so we just had to go to the Lizzie Borden house! The tour exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Sue, was so awesome! You could tell she truly enjoyed what she does! She had such a cool enthusiasm and all of the small details made the tour truly special! She gave a great narration and then let us tour the rooms after each section. We are definitely going to come again for the nighttime tour to hear all of her paranormal stories!! Definitely worth the visit! Hope they open Maplecroft by the next time we return! Thank you, Sue!!

Music that Matters - Art that Inspires. A premier concert venue located in the Battleship Cove area of Fall River, the Narrows features live performances and events, as well as spectacular art exhibits in a century-old mill building overlooking Mount Hope Bay.
What a great venue for watching local and regional musicians! We had so much fun and there really is not a bad seat in the house!

The beautiful old home it is housed in is a real gem. Loved all the furnishings and paintings and learning the history of Fall River. The tour was most informative and our guide such a nice lady. The red dining room built in the round was quite interesting and was intrigued by the Lizzie Borden exhibit. Neat little gift shop with a friendly staff.

It is a large cemetery you can drive through with many beautiful and old gravestones. If you want to find Lizzie Borden’s grave you follow the white arrows painted on the road and they will take you right to the Borden family plot where she is buried along with her sisters and father and stepmother. A number of folks left coins on her stone and it is in a nice small hill. There are more Borden family plots in the cemetery so it’s easy to get confused but if you follow the arrow you can find the right place. The grounds are well kept and it is a beautiful place.

Home to five National Historic Landmarks and Official Veteran Memorials on both state and national levels, Battleship Cove has been providing the preservation of both the military heritage of the New England region and that of the United States since 1965. A non-profit memorial and museum located in Fall River, Massachusetts, veterans, families, schools, Scouts, and interested visitors from around the world have walked the decks of these historic vessels and viewed the legendary aircraft on display. Day visits, overnight camping experiences, and special events allow the public to immerse themselves in the exploration of the historic entities on exhibit and see for themselves the sacrifices made by both the military personnel who served on these amazing ships and aircraft and those who supported their constructio See battleship USS Massachusetts BB59, destroyer USS Joseph P. Kennedy Jr DD850, submarine USS Lionfish SS298, PT Boats 617 and 796, and German missile corvette Hiddensee
Battleship Cove is a great destination for a day trip here in the Northeast. It have the USS Massachusetts battleship there as well as several other navy vessels including a WW 2 submarine and several world war two patrol craft. it is a wonderful place to go if you have an interest in military history, the battleship is open for self guided tours and they also will take groups for a group discount. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes military history
