Fareham (/ˈfɛərəm/ FAIR-əm) is a market town at the north-west tip of Portsmouth Harbour, between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton in the south east of Hampshire, England. It gives its name to the borough that comprises the town and its surrounding area. It was historically an important manufacturer of bricks (notably used to build the Royal Albert Hall, London) and a grower of strawberries. Current employment includes retail (including Fareham Shopping Centre with around 100 shops), small-scale manufacturing, and defence (with the Royal Navy's HMS Collingwood and the Ministry of Defence's Defence Science and Technology Laboratory nearby).

Rock Up is the thrilling indoor climbing adventure for all ages. 26 fantastic climbing walls towering over 8m with multiple routes to their peaks. Conquer the Stairway to Heaven or check out the awesome Vertical Drop Slide and many more. Plus we have a fabulous soft play area and also an onsite cafe offering delicious food and snacks. MOUNTAINS OF FUN FOR ALL. Novice to expert. Climb from 4+, no experience needed. Great for birthday parties and community groups such as schools, scouts, guides, home education, cadets, sports teams and many more.
We visited rock up whilst on holiday from the Isle of Wight The kids 7,9 and 15 all were excited to try the different walls! Staff were absolutely brilliant, extremely friendly and helpful. We booked in advance with no problems online. We did arrive too early as online says 30 minutes beforehand but due to covid they now ask you to come for booked time. Not a problem as there were plenty shops to visit- something for all ages. Free parking too! Although we went over (think it’s 4 hours free!) but only had to pay £2 for the whole day. Adults can also climb but neither of us had booked. Definitely will next time! Would highly recommend ROCK UP

Lovely woodland area. To walk around the whole area takes a good couple of hours, ideal if you want a long walk or jog with nice scenery.

Had great time exploring Titchfield Abbey. Parking was insider and it was free, such a beautiful place, we went on a sunny weekend day and it was still not busy at all, few dog walkers and other visitors, but felt like really hidden gemstone in this area. Went to the pub that is just opposite the abbey - brilliant!! Totally recommend A++++
