San Marcos is a city in the North County region of San Diego County in the U.S. state of California. As of the 2010 census, the city's population was 83,781. It is the site of California State University San Marcos. The city is bordered by Escondido to the east, Encinitas to the southwest, Carlsbad to the west, and Vista to the northwest. Lake San Marcos is an enclave, or county island, in the southwestern part of the city, within San Marcos' sphere of influence but technically an unincorporated community.

I live in Phoenix, AZ, and on a recent visit to San Diego, I did the Curse of KV62 room at Locked Adventures with my sister. I have been in contact with the owner, Jim, for almost 2 years waiting specifically for this room to open. Let me tell you. It was definitely worth the wait! This room was darn near perfect as far as decor, ambiance, and flow of game as we have ever seen. And I have done over 130 games in Dallas, Phx, and Southern California. We were greeted by Jim himself and our gamemaster, Kai. Both were as nice as can be, and we discussed game rooms each of us had done. Kai was one of the best gamemasters we have ever experienced!! (Thx, Kai!) And Jim is one of the nicest owners that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. (Thx, Jim!) The lobby is clean and neat and is filled with lots of puzzles to work on if you get there early. The room itself is clean and uncluttered, with the one exception of scarab beetles inhabiting the premises! LOL! The puzzles were fun and second to none in uniqueness. This room is definitely in my top 5 of all time! This game is perfect for all ages from kids to teens to millenials to parents and grandparents and would make a super multigenerational family event. Both my sister and I are over 60 and had the time of our lives. Great care was taken to make this a world class room (yes, WORLD), and I will definitely be back on my next trip to socal.

Took my wife here before a friend's bday party. I knew she would like it because of the sour line up. We each had a flight (mine were IPA'S). She loved all of the especially the apricot and peach along with the strawberry guava. Mine were all the hazy version which I not a huge fan of, however 3 of the 4 were tasty. Good prices and very friendly staff. Great place to hang put for the afternoon!
