Even though I am a local the information centre is a great place to go to when planning a day or a few days in our local area. They have lots of brochures with attractions and things to do and the helpful staff can help you find accommodation and make bookings.

Forster Yoga Studio is located in Forster Towers on Wallis Street, just a cat leap from the trendy shops and cafes on Wharf Street. We are a group of passionate Yoga teachers who aim to make Yoga available to everyone – regardless of age, gender or experience. If you have never practiced Yoga before, you will find our studio to be a safe environment to learn and sponge up the vast knowledge of our experienced teachers. Check our website on the calendar page to find your next Yoga retreat in our gorgeous town, or look for the all level classes on our timetable marked with a little star. Forster Yoga Studio's 3 pillars are: Connection, Awareness and Movement. It is important to us that everyone feels welcome and accepted for who they are. We all have our little insecurities, and our studio is a safe haven where you can breathe and discover the miracle you were born to be.
I was on holiday in Forster and found the studio on the MindBody app. I reached out to them about their casual class options. Mia replied immediately and I went to a Yin/Rejuvenating class. It was heaven. If you are on holidays and want to relax and unwind, this was better than a massage! The studio was clean and had all equipment you would need. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I am sure the other classes are more athletic. This one was exactly what I needed - relaxing with DEEP stretching, holding poses for a long time. We ended with 15 min yoga nidra meditation. Loved it and will be back next time I'm in town!

Whenever we are in Forster we make it a must! We have had the pleasure of getting to know Dave and Helen the owners and brewers and always find them welcoming and friendly. If you like craft beers you will enjoy tasting the latest varieties they have to offer. It is great to see the popularity of their beers grow and offered more and more in the local hotels and restaurants. Very impressed with the way they observe the Covid restrictions, always feel safe.
