When I first visited Superior Body Massage & Spa ... I was in a "world of hurt". Anna has been a key factor in my process of improvement. I have a lot of years behind me. Along the way I've had several injuries ... including a fall from the roof of a 2-story house, a few bicycle accidents, and several mishaps that resulted in one injury or another. Otherwise, my health is quite good. Our move from Chicagoland to Bayfield County involved 3-4 weeks of lifting, moving,and carrying boxes. Many boxes were not all that light. The result ... I hurt. My joints hurt like they have never hurt before , Anna has helped me. At the start of each visit ... she asks about recent pains, doctor visits,, exercise and Physical Therapy, I'm very pleased that what I tell her about recent and current activities she customizes her treatment to meet those needs.
