We live in Walden on Lake Conroe and feel very lucky we have such an excellent racquet club and fitness center. We use the fitness center several times a week. Steven is my husbands personal trainer twice a week. I take a class "the balancing belles" twice a week. It is a combination of strength training and balancing training. One Hour of exercise twice a week is perfect for me. The Walden GYM is FUN as well with having a little fellowship as working out. The staff is super friendly. The opening hours will work for anybody's daily schedule. Opens early and closes late.
