A circular walk from Zennor along the coast via the sea-smoothed granite boulders at Porthmeor Cove to the site of an Iron Age fort on Gurnard's Head, returning via Porthmeor mine and the ancient churchway to Zennor. 4.2 miles. Steepness: moderate.

This scenic spot is located on the wild north coast of the Land’s End Peninsula, marked by spectacular sea cliffs of Zennor Head.
Having endured the coastal path walk from St. Ives to Zennor, the finish at Zennor Head is always welcome, with a lovely pub, The Tinners Arms only a short walk away.

Interesting site but the coastal view just a short walk from here is a must. A great viewing point for birds and wildlife with dramatic rugged views of the North Cornish coast. Raw and stunning.
Arra Venton was once both chapel and smithy. With its companions in Lower Porthmeor, it forms a typical farm hamlet on a green coastal shelf between moors and the Atlantic cliffs just west of St Ives. Arra Venton can be booked for short breaks with the Landmark Trust, a charity that restores historic buildings at risk and makes them available for holidays.
