Sipatan Twin Hanging Bridge ... are impressive , twin bamboo bridges , that cross the upper scenic Loboc River , Bohol ... around 36 kms east outside Tagbilaran City On the day we visited this Bohol tourist attraction , a thunderstorm had just passed ... therefore was told , “ unsafe to fully cross due to slippery & my body weight ???????? “ so I was only able to walk part way ... each step I took , I could feel & hear the woven bamboo bridge slat decking creaking ???????? Originally these bridges were constructed by using just bamboo & rope ... thankfully today ???? the rope has has been replaced by steel cables - safer ???????? The bridge spans across Loboc River by around 40 meters ... with being around 25 meters above the river Of the 2 bridges & from the bridges , you can take some interesting & beautiful photos ... worth the trip Most Bohol Day Tours stop off at the bridges ???? Before the bridges were built , the locals usually had to cross the Loboc River by Banca Boats & floating bamboo rafts There is a fee to cross the bridges , unknown cost , as the cost is within part of our Day Tour Walk across if you dare ????????
