Soufriere's backdrop of the Pitons, sea and rainforest provides a picture perfect setting for a visit to this laid-back and relatively undeveloped town in the south of St. Lucia. Considering that its name is French for "sulphur," it should be no surprise to discover the wealth of hot springs and mineral baths. Other great spots to visit include Diamond Botanical Gardens, a slew of pretty beaches and the bike trails that wind through sugar plantation Anse Mamin. Rent a car to see the town.

It's harvested by hand and processed in to raw & roasted coffee at the Cafe. We also have a selection of healthy smoothies made from fresh local fruit, such as, Soursop, Mango, Papaya, bananas & local raspberries. The specialty being the "Morning Moringa". Lunch & Dinners are available by BOOKING ONLY. Menus of Fish, chicken and goat made in a traditional creole sauce.
We came here on one of our last day’s in Soufriere and wish we had stopped sooner. Great French press coffee, tasty omelettes and toast and we enjoyed talking with the owner and locals and looking at the art.
