The experience begins from hotel pick up from 9am in the morning and drop off around 1pm. Then you will get a chance to experience the outdoors and nature of Fiji. One of the most well known places in Fiji is the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, where you can find at least 200 hundred different orchids. Of course the experience also includes a nature walk. Then finally, we will end the day with some relaxation in a natural mudpool hot spring bath.

Bad weather, not their fault, but I tried calling them at 8 in the morning wanting to know if I was going to be able to do this trip, no one answered the phone! it was my last day on Fiji, the boat was leaving at 9, they emailed at 10 If I wanted to go on the trip or if I wanted to reschedule... Hello? I was already on the boat because your servicecenter wasn't open before the boat was leaving... It was so stormy, the "cruiseship" that I was supposed to travel on was a ferry that was packed with people, so many of us sitting on the floor and standing, because there arent enough seats on this ship. I arrive an the snorkeling Island, the snorkelgear seemed poorly cleaned and I was concerned that I might catch something putting that in my mouth... Then we drrove out to ocean in this litte boat of a tincan with waves a meter high and afeter we were out for half an hour they decided to turn around... No sharks, no snorkeling just all wet, freezing, arriving back on the island, everthing costs extra... And then just going back on the overcrowded ferry to go back to the hotel... Because it was my last day in Fiji I couldn't reschedule, so I asked them for a refund two or the times but they never contacted me back. So overall for me just a waste of Time, Money and Energy and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not that I don't think they dont care about their cultur or that the experience in itself is great... But the customerservice is just overall horrible!
