Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Canal

Reviewed By R6622AWgeorgec - Montreal, Canada

Sainte-Anne-de-Belevue is a great place to visit any time of year. In the summer it is busy with boats in the canal and people strolling in the streets and along the boardwalk, with lots of great little restaurants, including many with terraces overlooking the canal. In the winter, it is more quiet, but beautiful with snow and ice on the water. A great place to go for an meal and look out at the winter beauty. It is so close to Montreal, yet seems a world away with its small town charm.

A beautiful day spent in nature and bonus of viewing wildlife. Went with the grandchildren 3 & 1.5 years and they were really happy to see the animals. A wonderful way for family to spend quality time together for a few hours.
