Been to this facility 3 different times for their tour day, which is Saturday. They also offer a private tour. The place is amazing and so are the people who maintain this sanctuary! They just lost dear “Sampson”. He was so special and loved by every visitor who was lucky enough to visit! They have a FB page that you can like and get updates. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see some wild cats and other animals up close! A lot of interaction....

Beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely go back to explore the other side of the river, think it is called the Big Oak trail.

Wes Skiles Peacock Springs State Park

This was our primary training grounds for our cave course. Despite spending 10 days diving here, we were only able to explore about half of the caves. Do NOT enter the caves without proper training! People have died here doing that. The walking trails were pleasant, but not wheelchair accessible. The springs proper do have wooden walkways to allow access.

They have lots of things to do, beautiful location. We rode our golf cart all over, big bat house, thousands of bats fly out in the evening just before dark. nice beach on the river. We traveled in our motor home. Camps sites are big and have all hookups. My daughter and son enlaw go once a month, love it.
