This is one of my favorite places ever. We lived in Hixson for a short time and would walk a portion the trail 2 and 3 times a day. There is a large dog park and a small dog park with a parking lot and restrooms right across the way. I love to see the old cabins and bird houses along the trail.

I love going here and if you are coming through and stop please stop here. the nature is breath taking and beautiful, there are rivers alongside every walk, its clean safe and your pets are allowed and they have a dog park just for them and they can even bathe if they want. its so pretty and treails lead to everywhere - 180 acres of land to walk and the place is very safe it is family friendly

We come here all the time with our kids and have had everything from waterski parties and bonfires to birthday parties and scavenger hunts. Love it!

Hard to believe this park is 10” outside of Chattanooga as you are surrounded by nature with gorgeous views of the Tennessee River and steep cliffs with no sense of urban development nor overload of tourists and hikers......a real treasure !
