Delectable dim sum, floating islands, and a one-of-a-kind skyline are just some of Hong Kong’s unique features. Get an eyeful of traditional Chinese architecture in Ngong Ping village, then take the tram to the tippity-top of Victoria Peak for unparalleled views. The rocks and gentle hills of Nan Lian Garden will bring you inner peace, as will a calming cup of tea in a Stanley café. Become one with everything at the Chi Lin Nunnery, a serene Buddhist complex.

I have always joined the talks at Liangyi and it’s the first time that I actually visit the museum. Amazed by the large variety of collections they have and so happy to be able to actually touch the antiquities. Great tour guide as well!

Don't get me wrong. It's a lovely little museum and also they have regular talks and exhibitions that are non-medical related. The venue is a superb colonial building situated in the old part of Hong Kong island. In addition to the museum, you will discover a marvellous neighbourhood that is full of history as you meander through the lanes and terraces. A suite of character coffee and snacks places await you. One can spend easily 2-3 hours in and around the museum. Nice and quiet as well. If you like you can walk on in the vicinity or downward back to Central or Sheung Wan.

PMQ

This historical building was recently transformed into a creative hub for local design talent. It now showcases over 100 independent fashion, design, and homeware stores; plus excellent restaurants.

This place is a must visit when you are in Hong Kong. It caters to a less touristy crowed and features many artistic & fashionable boutiques. Here you can find a range of tasteful clothing, handmade jewelry, modern art, & a variety of home decor. This is a great place to buy tasteful souvenirs. PMQ is walkable from Hollywood Road & is easily accessible. This building has two major buildings connected by the ground level & a 4th floor park. You can spend hours here wandering through all the various boutiques. We ended up purchasing beautiful handmade trays, candles, framed art & glassware for our home. If you need a mid-day drink, they also have a sake shop with sake tastings offered! In addition to that, they have restaurants located on the ground & basement floor. They also have numerous bakeries and coffee shops throughout PMQ
