Simple, basic hotel
Reviewed By babanlaI wanted to give it 2 star based on my experience with booking the hotel on line. Payment was instantly confirmed by Paystack, the hotel's payment platform. However, the hotel desk cannot confirm payment even after 6 days of payment. I had to call the hotel directly because I was apprehensive the status of the booking because I was traveling from a far place to Ibadan and didn't want to get stranded. I was only called on the day of my arrival that my reservation not even booking was confirmed. On a positive side, I was given early check in because I needed time to freshen up and change my dress. Internet is free but for only one device except you request for additional connection to other devices. Room decor and ambience is average for an avid traveler like me. There is no provision for tea or coffee in the room. No safe in the room. The hotel has no bar, no gym and no swimming pool. Check out was flawless. Staff were friendly and courteous. Please note that their POS machine is unreliable. Be ready to pay cash for anything in the hotel. I didn't ask if they accept bank transfers

Services and customers relation (hotel manager)
Reviewed By adegokem372I am so disappointed and spending 3days(29,30,31) in Brighton hotel liberty road Ibadan. Despite the fact that their services was extremely poor with uncultured manager they have here. However, they have some staffs that really understands customers relations which actually gives a warm welcome to customers at times. Also the fact remains that this should be coming from the manager of the hotel so that she leads by examples not the other way round, not even a manner of approach.

Reviewed By Segun OStayed in alheri hotel for 3 nights in September 2019 and I was surprised to see how the standard has dropped compared to my stay in 2018. The staff are courteous and friendly but I don’t think that there is sort of system in place to check house keeping. The second day of my stay no room service to change the bed sheet and empty the bin that was full. The shower pipe holder was popping out of the wall. No toilet roll in the toilet and I had to use the bidet hose in the toilet. Improvement required on breakfast served .Too much noise from the kitchen staff.
