A good place to take a break from hectic downtown. Just 5 min walk from Senado Square. Beautiful garden, old and modern architecture among old flats. Really nice and quiet. Sitting area in small garden is so great. Better take a rest here than in cafeteria. This library is not known to many people. Children book floor entrance is very remarkable design. Like a tunnel with cartoon paintings. Entrance is free. Thanks for my Hong Kong friend recommended me.
