The dive sites surrounding Ko Lanta are considered to be some of Thailand’s finest. An intricate system of reefs, islets, and underwater caves are teeming with vibrant sea life. While you splash in the waves you may catch a glimpse of a Moken (sea gypsy) boat, gliding nomadically through the waters. Cap off your day with mouthwatering seafood, freshly caught and spicy enough to make your tongue tingle.

Lying south of Phuket, these twin islands are known for their pristine white beaches and colorful coral reefs for snorkeling and diving.
A great place to visit, not just the clean beaches but also under the water, well worth the boat ride

We took a speedboat from Koh Lanta and visited Koh Rok (and Koh Ha) with two kids, ages 5 and 9. We got to snorkel on two different sites around Koh Rok from the boat, both were quite good. Ate lunch at the beach and saw a couple of big monitor lizards and got to Bath and snorkel from the beach. The place is beautiful even when packed with tourists.

We were 2 adults and a child of 10 years. We had a good walk through the forest to the waterfall. Although the waterfall is small it is really nice. We enjoyed a refreshing shower and saw the most beautifull rainbow in the sunlight. Unfortunately we did not find the cave but we saw approx. 10 monkeys.
