The worst experience out West

Reviewed By 223alin

We stayed one night in the campground and can certainly tell you that it was the WORST experience of our 10 day trip. The lady (owner) and her partner (the Manager) are beyond RUDE! The man especially should not be in the hospitality business as he has serious ANGER issues and needs medical help. The bathrooms were very dirty (literally potty on the floors and no one to clean) No toilet papers in the bathrooms. Dirty showers and the Water in the showers was cold. Seems like they are saving anywhere and everywhere that they can and when you go tell them and ask to provide services they kick you out of their camp grounds. This is the service you get by staying at Yellowstone Valley Inn. Worst! Worst! Worst place to stay.

Green Creek Inn And RV Park

Non approved credit card charge

Reviewed By M3851ZNsteveb

My wife and I made a reservation to stay at this location with our RV. The process was fine until we checked our credit card transactions when we returned home. They had made a second charge to our card without our permission. I called them and they said we had two reservations and we were charged for a cancellation. They would not credit my card so I contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge. I don't know why I would make two reservations. Since Im writing this review I shall mention that the RV site was very poor, gravel, the water pressure was weak and the price was very expensive.

We booked only one night. The place is ultra clean. We had cabin 10 by the stream. The cabin was Cozy and good sir conditioning. We slept well in a nice comfortable bed. Unfortunately our friends who came with decided to stay elsewhere as all cabins don't have toilet or shower facilities. Eyecat have a great ablution block with a massage chair too ! You can also purchase drinks and food for you to cook there. We had sundowner drinks on the raised deck and had a great evening .

A beautiful drive to Yellowstone east gate from Wapiti lodge- and the views of Jim Mountain are incredibly spectacular from the Lodge. You will not be disappointed!
