I really enjoyed our stay here. We had a family room which I shared with my two little ones. My only criticism would be that the bunk bed is very squeaky. The service was attentive and the food was of good quality. All of the staff I met we're unfailingly polite and helpful. I'd come again definitely.

What a awful place we went there for 2 nights for family holiday I took my bike with me because Tenby is know from lovely routes after arranging in hotel owners was straight away rude saying you not going to this hotel with this bike pal because this place is not bike friendly so I ask for refund because on website was no information you can't bring your bike with you but they refuse to give us money back lady owner told us that they don't want oil stains on the carpet I would understand if this place was a bit clean but I never stayed in such a place like this bath was so dirty we couldn't want to take shower room stink and was mould on walls definitely not recommended this place money wasted

Elm Grove is a family run, four-star Country House. This elegant Georgian house is situated in its own grounds in the picturesque village of St. Florence, 3 miles from Tenby. All the individually decorated rooms are en-suite with excellent facilities including TV, DVD player, satellite TV, telephone, tea and coffee, bottled waters and bath robes. Guests can experience a tasteful mix of marble fireplaces, paneled doorways and large picture windows.
We have just returned from the Elm Grove and can honestly it is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. We arrived before the 'official' check in time of 3pm but were met by Jane and Alan who welcomed us and said that we were welcome to check in early as our room was ready. What a beautiful room it was. It was on the first floor and looked out over the gorgeous grounds and surrounding fields., Everything we needed was supplied in the room. Tea, coffee ,hot chocolate, biscuits and complimentary chocolates. Jane had remembered that it was my Birthday and there was a card waiting in the room. All the food, breakfast and evening meals were superb. Lovely, friendly staff and the guests were delightful. This is not a place for people looking for a lively time, but there are 2 pubs in the village that you can head for if you prefer to stay out later in the evening. After spending all day out we were glad to have dinner, a couple of drinks and an early night. Hoping to go back next year in May for my next Birthday (get the Bacardi in Alan!!) Thank you both and the 'girls' Bethan, Carol and Julie.

Horrible place if you have a Motorhome or camper van. Apart from a Reception which always has it's door locked there is nothing. No shop within 1 1/2 miles ditto pub and I know as we walked it. A lousy bus service 3 times a day Mon - Fri and still 3/4 mile walk on a fast busy Rd. with no pavement. Our superior pitch was a joke, uneven concrete and brambles growing everywhere. The only half decent thing about this place was the toilet block. By Friday evening the tarmac leading to our pitch had cars, vans parked next to the caravans and there where children just laying bikes in the road and leaving them We would never visit this place again 5 ***** is a joke and £40 per night a rip off
