Reviewed By tetra29Pension Waldhof is a good starting point for exploring the Salzburg area. About 15 min from the center of Salzburg by car, located on the road to the lake district. Very clean and welcoming. Nice rooms with balcony, comfortable for a good nice sleep. Friendly hosts, a lot of information about things to do/see around. Reasonable breakfast to start the day good. All in all - we were happy. Good price/value for the region. You will certainly need a car (especially since there are almost no restaurants in short walking distance), but there is also a bus stop nearby (did not try it).

Relaxing vacation
Reviewed By etamateWe spent a week in Salzkammergut with my family, a miraculous place for nature lovers. After some issues with our previous booking we found the Gasthof last minute and it turned out a great base for our short trips. There are some trekking paths close by and of course you can get to the car and look around the many lakes and gorgeous villages in the area. The hotel is a nice traditional gasthof, have a good kitchen that my teen-age kids loved, a nice view to have a glass of wine outside - we really enjoyed the stay.

A warm welcome on our farm. Our farm is 8km away from Salzburg City and 7km from lake Fuschl. We have beautiful double rooms and family appartements. Enjoy our breakfast with homemade jam, fresh milk and fresh eggs from our chicken. We're looking forward to welcome you.

Groot huis op goede plek
Reviewed By HSophie70Wij verbleven 5 nachten in dit appartement. Het ligt aan de rand van Salzburg in een mooie, rustige wijk met een tuin met trampoline en schommels. Met de auto ben je binnen 20 min in het centrum. Het appartement is groot. Het is gemeubileerd in de Oostenrijkse stijl met veel kleden en stoffen meubels. Dit deed wat ouderwets aan en leek hier en daar ook aan vervanging toe (kussen die niet helemaal schoon en wat versleten zijn). De badkamer was prima maar ook hier badlinnen dat aan vervanging toe is. De keuken is goed geoutilleerd en er is een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Het was een goed verblijf. Naar ons idee kan er grondiger worden schoongemaakt en zou wellicht een en ander gemoderniseerd kunnen worden om het verblijf nog prettiger te maken.
