Excellent lunch with few mains but good salads, self made local bread and cake and pudding as dessert. Everything very tasty and looked nice. Location great, a small shop was attached. Park lovely for walks. Staff friendly and attentive. A good place to enjoy lunch outdoors in summer.

A comfortable night in the archipelago With us you stay in private rooms, some of which offer beautiful views at the sea. We can accommodate a total of 34 people in different sized rooms. An overnight stay in the tranquillity of the archipelago and the fresh sea air ensure a long and refreshing night's sleep.

We stayed one day in this nice hotell on our Pilgrimage through St Olavs waterway. The room was good equipped and the breakfast was plentiful. All kind of various dishes to chose from. I can greatly recommend this hotell .

Location is 3km away from civilization. You need a car to go to the hotel and once you are there it is no possible to get anything from the city without driving again 3km off-road. The staff was very impolite, rude and zero customer oriented. The staff (an old couple that own or managed the place) do not speak English (only Finnish). We were forced to get an extra bed for the children (1year and 4years) and needed to pay 15€/night. (note that we did not request nor needed the extra bed). When I told them that the policy states that the 15€ are to be paid when an extra bed is requested and I did not want the extra bed, their answer was: "Either you pay or you don't stay here." The hotel refused to give us a formal invoice for our stay. They said we need to contact Booking.com The beds are not standards beds. The bed wide is ~75cm. The rooms have cheap foam mattresses (see photo). The rooms have no sound isolation. You can hear from the room the running water of the showers or people talking in the sauna. The complete property is infested with an insect plague. (The managers say its normal and that they can't do anything) The internet is through a 4G router located in the common area, the signal in the rooms is extremely poor. The breakfast is available start at 9am (too late), and after seeing the facilities I was happy that we did not book the breakfast. Kids (from 2 years on) are charged 5€ for the breakfast. On the first night we were bitten by what we think were bedbugs. The place looks clean but this is just a superficial look. Under the beds, the walls and the common toilets and showers were dirty. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. The common areas are not in good state, maintenance is required. There is no way to lock the door from inside, (it could be open by a master key) so no feeling of privacy. No formal reception/front desk. When they read my review (by the booking portal) they call me liar, or they try because their written English was as bad as their spoken. Obviously they do not like to see the truth published and available to other potential guest. My sincere advice. Book somewhere else.
