Located in a beautiful colonial style building in the heart of Hell-Ville, Home Sakalava is a small boutique hotel with 6 rooms carefully decorated and personalized, blending natural wood, driftwood, traditional fabrics ... Very good comfort: bathroom with private toilet, shower, hot water, ventilation, flat screen TV 42 "in the common area, free wifi in the rooms.

Reviewed By aprilcrabbReasonably priced and cleaned rooms. The wifi that's available isn't always working or that fast, but they do offer it free. The staff are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way for me, lovely ladies! The hotel is also in good location close enough to everything but strategically located to also be quiet.

Reviewed By 650theaeIt was a lovely nice and small hotel. The rooms were nice and the overall look was very good. The staff is also really friendly. The location was nice with all we needed within walking distance. Sometime in the morning the local people would wash their cows in the ocean nearby. This was a very cool way to experience the real life in Nosy be and not just the tourist part. My biggest complaint is about the breakfast because it was always over 1 hour late. Even when we told them it was really important that it was on time the next day it never was. My other complaint is that the pool is smaller than it looks, but with the ocean nearby it was no problem.

Reviewed By JoseB3287We made a reservation for just one night and at the end we said we would stay the rest of our vacations in this wonderful place for about 15 days. Les Chalets de Melinda, 5 min. From the beach, a place surrounded by fruit trees (which you can simply enjoy at breakfast) of wonderful nature, each chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, mosquito net, fan in bed, peace and tranquility. Tata, the captain and Melinda, are the family in charge of this jewel of Nosy Be and they make your stay with them a close and pleasant family. While each cake has its icing, it has at least two. Awesome sunsets And a small pool where you can relax after your excursions or a simple day at the beach. Do not hesitate to spend your family holidays, help your economy and it's a good price for your portfolio. Unbeatable price quality. Thanks family. Jose and Paola

Reviewed By Petra EThe place is very nice, with a great restaurant and a beautiful garden setting. The bungalows are also designed very nicely and very big. I would have given 5 stars if the downstairs bedroom (with the big bed) and the bathroom did not smell so musty. The bathroom lamp shade was entirely covered in mold. Also the restaurant's menu could do with some vegetarian options.
