An AMAZING Escape!
Reviewed By michaelsX7346XYOriginally my wife and I had reserved 1 night, but the service, and overall friendliness of the staff warranted a 2nd night! 2 of the staff stood out above and beyond the others, and those 2 are Travis and Yamilles (aka Jaime lol). She had mentioned that was her name, as it was easier to pronounce lol. These two did everything in their power to make my Anniversary with my wife feel welcomed. I didn't catch the names of the housekeepers, but they were very punctual and fast in servicing the refreshment of my room. This review site only offers a scale of up to 5 .... but in my opinion, this hotel was far more than just a 5. Will consider this locating in the future any family trips, and quite possibly return yearly for our Anniversary. Thanks again to Travis and Yamilles for an AMAZING Escape from the troubles of all that is going on in these trying times.

Reviewed By hayleyR3735NIFurnace was so loud that it woke us all up - including our baby - every time it turned on. There was a bad draft in the room; it was a cold night. The shower never got hot - only luke warm. At breakfast, they were out of some of the advertised hot foods.

Reviewed By rhiss2022Great stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, pool was well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a group of 12 fourteen year olds and their parents staying at the hotel for a softball tournament. Pleasant staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed By FDF75816Use a debit card to reserve your room, esp. if you have to cancel your reservation. Trust me, you'll be happy you did. I had to cancel and followed all the guidelines and dates to do so properly and was notified via email alert that they tried to charge my card less than 5 minutes after talking with them and cancelling my reservation. It was declined because I wasn't there to enter the security code. I can't comment on the place itself as I never stayed there but I'd be hesitant to book there again.
