Reviewed By SMAL225Stayed here for a business trip in a beautiful room with a fireplace and soaking tub. My stay was extended by one night due to an ice storm. When I went to leave, I found my car encased in ice with the doors frozen shut and blocked in by a ridge of plowed slush now frozen solid. Molly was in the lobby and offered to help right away. She made several trips to bring warm water to unfreeze the doors, found a scraper/brush for me to use, and arranged for maintenance staff Gerardo to come dig away the slush blocking my car while I worked to clear off the car itself. Along with Noah at the front desk, everyone was kind, cheerful, and patient with me when I was definitely not at my best. First-rate service—thanks, BVI team!

Reviewed By Maureen POur stay at The Country Inn & Suites was so very peaceful, quiet and pleasant! All the staff went out of their way to ensure the guests' comfort. It's a very easy "in and out" to wherever one would want to go. The complimentary breakfasts were excellent. The lobby is quite inducive to visiting with friends, as was our suite.

Reviewed By Hopsing-NHVery close to downtown Manchester but located in a much quieter area which we loved. We had a king room that was clean and comfortable. Very nice bath products and mattress was comfortable (not too soft). Good selection of TV channels. Has fridge and microwave and coffee maker (not a K-cup). Lots of USB ports for charging and heat/ac had an always on feature to provide "white noise" to help us sleep. Good policies on quiet hours and I LOVE that they don't allow pets. Breakfast was very good. Staff did a great job and we would return if we needed a place in Manchster again.

Second he said a didn't need to be loud when I tried to explain that I was having a hard time hearing him and that I was hard of hearing and can't hear him or myself so I don't know how loud I was he said he didn't need to deal with this and hung up.
