Reviewed By valentineo366When I called to ask about late check in, receptionist answered : “ Good afternoon. Hostel Druz’ya” In nice polite way. I’ve called few other hostels before and there was just rude: “ Hallo” I’ve asked about rooms and facilities and I’ve got full explanations about everything what I needed. I arrived in hostel at fifteen to midnight and was pleased with good service. Friendly reception lady showed to me my bed and locker, kitchen, bathrooms, toilets and explained hostel rules. Ive got bed with clean white linen and clean soft big towel everything is well ironed for just 150 UAH per night. There was 3 shower rooms and few toilets. All of them is tidy and clean. I enjoyed the staying and definitely will be back. Thank you for amazing service
