Whoever is a bit interested in Hungarian history and goes around the area, it is worth spending some time here. The models are very detailed in a fairly large area for up to hours to look at. Gyula Castle

Our family was visiting family in Gyula and strolled by thud castle late one cold December evening after it was closed. Gyula castle has a lovely setting and seems like it would be well worth visiting. At night it is beautifully illuminated and there is a pool of water right in front the compliments the solid brick fortress.
