Jutland's cultural heart, Århus is an exuberant university town with a perfectly preserved old town and a recreated historic village, Den Gamle By. The top draw is the Moesgard Museum of Prehistory, showcasing exhibits from the Stone Age to Viking days and home to the city's most famous citizen, the 2000-year-old Grauballe Man. It's a lively spot, teeming with cafes, restaurants, clubs and cinemas. Denmark's second-largest city perches on Jutland's eastern coast amid beaches and woodland.

Take a stroll through Møllestien while you are going from ARoS to Åen or the Latin quarter anyway. Cozy with a great atmosphere cobbled stones and old, old houses.

I love this place. Cinema is very small and cozy and you can have a glass of vine or some hot beverages with you.

This is a place to unwind. I love to go to Egå Engsø with my bike and walk (or bike) around it. The nature is beautiful (- but you do hear the traffic). As I was raised close to nature, this place is one of the current favorites in my new home town. (Some pictures are from the summer..)

Best place in Aarhus :) Remember to bring lots of apples and carrots with you. Deers are calm and beautiful, you can sit with them, feed them, and pet them. Incredible experience!
