My husband's company had a conference at the Stonebriar Westin but I mistakenly thought it was the Stonebriar Country Club. Long story short international travel was cancelled for all staff because of COVID19. My dilemma was I had already ordered a few things online and had them shipped to the hotel. The confusion that reigned after this was staggering. After many calls back and forth I finally reached Kelly who was the weekend front desk customer service lady. Thank god for small mercies. When I am stressed out about having made such a huge expensive blunder, the last thing anyone needs is a complacent customer service helper and Kelly was anything but. She refused to get off the line until she had thoroughly checked and confirmed that my packages were probably sent to the hotel across the street. She was so patient and did not seem to mind that I had her on the call for over 15 minutes even while she had to periodically put me on hold to assist on another call. I would simply like to say a huge thank you to you Kelly for your patience and kindness with me during my stressful call. Very seldom do we receive more than expected and when we do, it simply touches you in a special way, thank you again. We will be visiting Dallas before year end and guess where we will be staying because of it?...:). Grateful Tracy Attoff
