De-mystifying Asian Cuisine. That's what we do. You will come away able to cook better than restaurant quality Indian & other Asian food. And now have started cooking and teaching Moroccan, Spanish, Italian and other Mediterranean food too !

We had 23 leaders from three countries come together for the first time, so the best thing to do is to throw them in a kitchen and ask them to come up with ideas together. Z is hilarious, the whole thing was very well run and challenged everyone to think outside the square. Fantastic night, great fun, there are stories we will be telling for a long time to come. Great job team!
