Great food, scenery, company and accommodations in an authentic Italian hill town close to Rome, without the crowds. Hosts provided excellent help for planning arranging arrival and departure. Cooking instruction was provided in their home overlooking the beautiful Sabine hills and valleys. The food was authentic and delicious, with recipes and lots of tips to help you do it on your own later. Accommodations in Toffia were spare but very comfortable, but wow what a location at the topof a 1000 year old hill town. Side excursions to nearby towns, churches, monasteries, olive groves, with private meals in historic homes were very fun and a welcome break from food prep during the day. They adapt the experience to different crowds and age groups, so you can have the experience you want, from a 1 to 5 day experience. Perfect for moderate sized groups or families with teen kids. A perfect place to pause and relax a couple of days during longer trips to multiple tourist hot-spots. This was just a lot of fun! Thanks!
